Liz has a passion for real estate, and for over 15 years, she has been an active investor, starting in Austin and expanding to include condo properties in Chicago and a golf community in South Texas. She currently also owns a multifamily investment property in the sought-after 78704 area, which gives her a direct understanding of the Austin market. From single-family homes to condos, Liz has been involved in the design and construction process to amplify a property's value. Liz graduated summa cum laude as an undergraduate and a distinguished graduate with a master's degree in Industrial Psychology from St. Mary's University. She has experience in finance and has held a Series 7 and 63 license while providing excellent client relation services and investment research to large pension funds and Wall Street banks. Her education, coupled with her professional background in finance and client relations, helps her provide unique value to clients during the home buying and selling process.
In addition to her real estate and finance background, Liz is an entrepreneur who successfully founded a beauty business. This venture deepened her marketing, sales and advertising skills.
